All personal property will sell “As Is, Where Is” to the highest bidder on auction day, Sat. 4-10-2010, beginning at 10 A.M. Register & Preview beginning at 9 A.M. Merchandise must be removed from the premises on 4-10-10 after payment in full has been received by the cashier. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Good Check, Visa, Master Card & Discover. Photo I.D. required to receive a bidder number & otherwise as may be requested by cashier. Announcements day of auction shall take precedence over all prior promotions.

Auctioneer’s Note: We are pleased to conduct this auction for Ms. Carole Davidson. Please bring trucks & trailers & family member(s) or friends to help you load your merchandise. Come early to preview & plan to spend most of the day as this will be a long auction with really nice merchandise. We want you to enjoy this ARA Group managed & conducted Auction. Home of Ms. Carole Davidson at 711 Beverly Drive, Harrison - Go west on West Stephenson Street from downtown, turn left on S. Oak and go south. Watch for sign Beverly Drive and turn left to 3rd home on the left side of the street. Or you may go south on Pine Street, stay right at Jct of Hwy 7 & 43 South and turn right on Oak Street. Take 1st street to the right, Beverly Drive, and go to 711 Beverly Drive. Direction signs are in place.
