TO HOST HOLIDAY FUNDRAISING GALA

“THE CRYSTAL BALL”  

(Harrison, AR) – North Arkansas Medical Foundation will host its first holiday fundraising gala, “The Crystal Ball”, on Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Quality Inn in Harrison.    Proceeds will be used to purchase patient care equipment and provide furnishings for NARMC.   

Beginning at 7 p.m., highlights for the evening’s festivities include a delectable four-course dinner, special guest and speaker Forrest L. Wood, Founder of Ranger Boats, a live auction featuring unique items and packages ranging from an exciting getaway to Las Vegas to home accessories to fine jewelry, followed by musical entertainment and dancing.  Attendees will select their entrée of choice from filet of beef tenderloin or almond-crusted halibut. Cost for attendance is one hundred dollars per person, which is tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed.    

“Its wonderful to be able to host this caliber of an event as a way for our community to support their hospital, especially considering the impact it will have on enabling us to purchase equipment that will be of direct benefit to our patients,” says Stacy Foley, Foundation Director. “Our Special Events Committee has been working diligently for months planning The Crystal Ball, and it is sure to be fantastic on every level.  The meal will be exceptional, the auction items are completely unique and all amazing, not to mention the great time to be had with the music and dancing.”
