All merchandise will sell "As Is Where Is" to be removed from the premises after payment in full has been received by the cashier. Acceptable forms of payment include CASH, GOOD CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER. Photo I.D. required at registration for bidder number and otherwise, as may be requested. Winning Bidders are responsible for the safekeeping of merchandise from the moment of sale. For customers that cannot attend, we will accept written Absentee Bids prior to auction day. Absentee bid form may be delivered or faxed to 870-741-9089 indicating payment method, credit card preferred, to include packing & shipping fees to UPS plus $25 handling fee to ARA Group. Announcements @ Auction Opening shall take precedence over all prior promotions.
