You recently conducted an auction at my mother's home in Everton. This will be an attempt to tell you how grateful I am for all the hard work you did.

Both of you, and your team, did an excellant job. There were thirty years of accumulated "treasures" in mom's house. She had to leave her home on short notice and was unable to do anything to get ready for the auction. You ogranized, cleaned, sorted, discarded and did anything else that was necessary to get ready for the sale.

At the auction, everything was ready. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, but that was certainly not your fault. You made the best of the situation. The "lots" were all organized, the house and sheds were spotless clean, and your people were prepared, efficient and friendly.
